At DIORA , we ensure your precious pieces reach you safely, quickly, and beautifully packed.

 Delivery Coverage

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.  

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.  

  • Diora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. 

  • All over Karnataka deliveries are available. 

Packaging

  • All jewelry is securely packed in a tamper-proof, eco-friendly box.


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

  • Track anytime via “My Orders” section.

Important Notes

  • Orders within Hubli are delivered within 3 business days.  

  • Orders outside Hubli (across Karnataka) are delivered within 5–7 business days. 

  • All deliveries are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available. 

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

  • In case of incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
